Road Re-Alignment at Waiau River Bridge, State Highway No. 1, Hurunui District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby: (a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road which, pursuant to section 62 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of the State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown. (b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that: (i) The area marked ``EE'' shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 29K/851. (ii) The area marked ``DD'' shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road.
