Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Education Purposes in the District of Buller Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of April 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 May 1996, No. 41 at page 1185, acquiring land for education purposes, by omitting the following from the sixth line: ``is hereby acquired'' and substituting the following: ``is hereby acquired, subject to a building line restriction as contained in Order in Council 1078''.
