The South Pacific Hotel & Catering Institute Incorporated The Incorporated Societies Act 1908 Whereas the South Pacific Hotel & Catering Institute Incorporated was dissolved, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 on 23 January 1989, and whereas after payment of all known costs, debts and liabilities the society has surplus assets which cannot be disposed of in accordance with its rules, and whereas, pursuant to section 27 (1) and (3) of the said Act, the Registrar has power to direct the disposal of such assets and to give further directions: Now therefore I, Patricia Anne Harrison, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby direct that such assets be disposed of to New Zealand Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board Incorporated. Given under my hand and sealed at Auckland this 18th day of January 1996. P. A. HARRISON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies. In terms of section 27 (2) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, any person who wishes to appeal against the decision of the Registrar is required to deliver notice to her at her office, Fifth Floor, Justice Departmental Building, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland 1, within 1 month after the date of this notice.
