Printers Engineers (Christchurch) Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators The Companies Act 1955 On the 25th day of September 1996, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Printers Engineers (Christchurch) Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, chartered accountants of Ernst & Young, be appointed joint liquidators. The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of September 1996. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has ceased trading. It should not be confused with Printers Engineers Limited which continues to trade.
