Vesting Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Landcorp Investments Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington and being a State enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 17th day of August 1995.
