Application for an Order Approving a Scheme Under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 M. No. 1121/95 Notice is hereby given that the Methodist General Purposes Trust Board has applied to the High Court at Auckland, for an order approving a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, whereby the provisions of a trust created by the will of Jesse Albert Clothier, farmer (deceased) of Te Aroha, providing a resulting gift to the Methodist Conference of New Zealand or other ruling body of the Methodist Church in New Zealand as a nucleus of or a contribution to a fund for the establishment of a Methodist Girls College in New Zealand be varied to allow the applicant to dispose of the residuary gift by way of augmentation of the funds of the Wesley College Trust Board for the purpose of schooling for girls. The date proposed for the hearing of this application is Wednesday, the 1st day of November 1995 at the High Court at Auckland at 10.30 a.m. The application and supporting documentation may be viewed at: 1. The High Court, Auckland, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., Monday to Friday; or 2. The offices of Cairns Slane, Solicitors. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme for variation and disposal of the original trust, must give written notice of that intention at least 7 clear days before the above hearing date. Such written notice must be served upon: 1. The Registrar, High Court, Auckland; 2. The Methodist General Purposes Trust Board, care of its solicitors, Cairns Slane, 156 Vincent Street (P.O.
