Notice Under Section 36, Charitable Trust Act 1957 The Saint Andrew Street Church of Christ Trust Board of Dunedin, has applied to the High Court for approval of a scheme to vary the purposes of a trust. The trust provides for the acquisition of a pipe organ and the payment of associated costs. The proposed scheme will enable the trust funds to be applied for the enhancement of worship services and music in general. The date of the proposed hearing of this application is 8 May 1995.
