Amburys Town Milk Company Limited Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated Tuesday, the 23rd day of August 1994, confirming the reduction of the issued capital of the above-mentioned company from $1,500,000 to $100 and the minute approved by the Court were registered by the Assistant District Registrar of Companies at Hamilton on the 9th day of September 1994. The said minute is in the words and figures following: ``The authorised capital of Amburys Town Milk Company Limited is $100 divided into 100 issued and fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each, having been reduced from $1,500,000 divided into 1 500 000 issued and fully paid shares of $1 each.''
