Transportation Auckland Corporation Limited Advertisement of Registration of Order Reducing Capital Take notice that on the 7th day of June 1994, an order for the reduction of the capital of Transportation Auckland Corporation Limited made by the High Court, was registered in the Companies Office. The order provides: 1. The reduction of authorised, issued and paid up capital of the company, approved by special resolution of the company on the 4th day of May 1994, be confirmed. 2.
