Scollay Forests Limited (in voluntary liquidation) and Scollay Forest (Blenheim) Limited (in voluntary liquidation) Notice Calling Final Meeting and Members Voluntary Winding Up Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Scollay Holdings Limited, Level Seven, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington on the 27th day of January 1994 at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the windings up have been conducted and the property of the companies has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
