Carr Business Services Limited Notice of Reduction of Capital Take notice that on the 26th day of October 1993 at an extraordinary general meeting of Carr Business Services Limited, the following special resolution was passed by the shareholders of Carr Business Services Limited: ``That subject to the confirmation of the High Court of New Zealand, the issued share capital of the company shall be reduced by the sum of $413,733.75 by the cancellation of 1 654 935 fully paid ordinary shares of $0.25 with each members shareholding being reduced by half with the result that following such cancellation the issued capital of the company shall be $413,733.75 comprising 1 654 935 fully paid ordinary shares of $0.25 each.'' The High Court of New Zealand has confirmed the above special resolution.
