Notice Calling Final Meeting In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Nathan Securities Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Horwath Brannigan McCullagh & Co, Level Ten, Barclays House, 70 Shortland Street, Auckland on the 12th day of January 1994 in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator. Further Business: To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as a extraordinary resolution, namely: That pursuant to section 328 of the Companies Act 1955, and section 428 (4) (b) of the Income Tax Act 1976, the books and papers of the company be retained in safe keeping by Nationwide Business Services Limited for a period of 6 months from the date of this resolution and the books and papers of the liquidator be retained in safe keeping by Horwath Brannigan McCullagh & Co, chartered accountants of Auckland. Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy (or, when that is allowed, one or more proxies) to attend and vote instead of him.
