Reservation of Land Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for Government purposes (wildlife management) subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977. Schedule North Auckland Land District Far North District 13.4300 hectares, more or less, being Allotments 78 and 80, Oruru Parish, subject to the easements created by document C. 406572.2 held in the North Auckland Land Registry.
