Notice of Approval for Land to be Sold or Otherwise Disposed of Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, John Stewart Ombler, Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Napier, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, approve the sale, lease or other disposition of the land currently vested in The Napier City Council and described in the Schedule. In terms of section 5 (2) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 the approval shall take effect on the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
