Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and museum for the purposes of traditional Maori functions and interdenominational church services for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tupari and Ngaro Tupari Tewhata, Ngatikopaki Tamehana and Hariata Te Koki Tamehana. The name of the marae is to be known as Wai-Aata-Rere Marae. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Punakitere Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 9985 Lot 2, Deposited Plan 138571 and being part Motatau 5E25F and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 82A, folio 457, North Auckland Registry.
