Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of an urupa for the purposes of burials according to the traditions of all churches for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tupari and Ngaro Tupari Tewhata, Ngatikopaki Tamehana and Hariata Te Koki Tamehana. The name of the urupa is to be Reihana Taukawau Tuarua. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Punakitere Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 1564 Lot 3, Deposited Plan 138571 and being part Motatau 5E25F and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 82A, folio 458, North Auckland Registry.
