Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Southland Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Southland District Council on the 26th day of August 1992: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Southland District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule Southland Land District Southland District 910 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 11876, situated in Block II, Aparima Hundred.
