Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a sub-delegation from the Acting Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Manager Air Services, give the following notice: Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by Section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Royal Tongan Airlines Limited so as to: (a) allow the airline to operate up to 3 return services per week; and (b) provide for the airline to code-share on aircraft operated by Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited.
