Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air Nauru to reflect the designation of the airline by the Government of Niue to operate air services to New Zealand in accordance with the Air Services Agreement between New Zealand and Niue and as a consequence to allow the airline to operate a dedicated air service between Niue and New Zealand with up to one Boeing 737 return flight per week, with effect from 5 November 1993.
