Advertisement of Application for Approval of a Scheme In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of an application by the trustee of the Woodford House Old Girls' Endowment Trust settled by deed of trust dated the 9th day of September 1935: Take notice that an application for the approval of a scheme, pursuant to section 35 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, has been made by the trustee of the Woodford House Old Girls' Endowment Trust and filed in the High Court Registry Office at Napier. The scheme proposes to vary the purposes of the trust so as to vest all of the assets of the trust in the Woodford House Old Girls' Association Endowment Trust Board 1992. The date proposed for the hearing of the application is the 19th day of November 1993, and any person wishing to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Napier, to the trustee of the Woodford House Old Girls' Endowment Trust and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 days before the date of the hearing. The application, scheme and Attorney-General's report, are available for inspection by the public without any fee or charge at the Napier High Court Registry during office hours or at the office of Bate Hallett, Barrister and Solicitors, 208 Karamu Road North, Hastings.
