Proposed Recommendation for Amendment to theBuilding Regulations 1992 Pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Building Act 1991, notice is hereby given that the Building Industry Authority intends to make a recommendation for the amendment of the Building Regulations 1992. The recommendation relates to the addition of a prescribed form for the certificate mentioned in section 35 (1a) of the Building Act 1991, as inserted by section 11 of the Building Amendment Act 1993.
