Mitchell Almet Limited Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Mitchell Almet Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of October 1993, the bank appointed Murray Neil Frost and Lindsay John Brown, both chartered accountants, whose offices are care of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 30th day of September 1988.
