We, Murray Arnold Rae and Thomas Grant Brebner, give notice that on the 24th day of September 1993, they appointed Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, receivers and managers of the undertaking and assets, present and future, of the above-named company, pursuant to powers contained in (2) two debentures dated the 31st day of March 1981 (transferred to them on the 25th day of June 1993) and the 15th day of February 1990 (assigned to them by deed of assignment dated the 24th day of September 1993), copies whereof were duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 7th day of April 1981 and the 16th day of March 1990 respectively.
