Fiducia Group Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 Ramad Enterprises Limited, a duly incorporated company, having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of November 1993, it appointed Peter Carrol Morpeth of Wellington, chartered accountant, the receiver and manager of the property of Fiducia Group Limited under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 14th day of September 1993. The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all the undertaking and all real and personal property and all assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future of the said Fiducia Group Limited including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
